Cropped pants are both comfortable and stylish. Pants like these are staples in my wardrobe since it gives you the option to dress it up and down. Here I paired it with a nice blazer and polished shoes to give it a working feel, and also I showed another option of dressing it up with high heels and a statement necklace which is perfect for a night out.

A simple black dress will never be outdated and the Sicilian lace detailing adds a romantic element to any look. This is the type of dress you can keep in your closet for years, since the quality of the fabric and the fit will always be just right. I bought this dress from Dolce and Gabbana 3 years ago, and i've come to realize that it isn't restricted to just one season, and I'm always sure to still stand out at any formal event or gathering.

Denim Jumpsuit
I spend a lot of time during the summer at my country house in North Thumberland. This cotton denim jumpsuit has a breathable fabric which helped me stay cool, and sheek at the same time. I recommend finding yourself a one piece jumpsuit, whether it's long or short, because its suitable enough for the country side and also can be dressed up for the city. It all depends on what accessories and shoes you pair it with. I paired it with my Adidas Superstars, giving it a casual feel. Linens
During cottage life, linen is very important to have in your wardrobe. You have the option of buying higher end linen, but in my experience, you don't have to spend too much to achieve this look. I purchased my top and skirt both at Winners, totalling to under $50 each.
After wearing linen for some time, you will notice wrinkles, which naturally come with the fabric. Those wrinkles give your clothes character without looking sloppy. What I did to elevate this look, was add a luxurious belt from Tannis Hegan, a leather company located in Vancouver, and simple fedora. For shoes, I just matched the colour of my belt making my outfit look put together and classic.
